Today can be DAY ONE

YOUR WELLNESS is the BEST investment you will ever make. If today is your "DAY ONE," and not another "ONE DAY" then CHEERS to you...you're in for one amazing journey!

When most people think of fitness, they may think of weight loss, muscle strength, and getting up at 5:00 am to head to the gym for invigorating workouts. All of this sounds like a fantastic idea, and it can be, but it’s not sustainable UNLESS you know the main reasons why working out is invaluable. Once you understand the value, the routine seamlessly falls into place.

The reasons for fitness go far beyond the scale. Joint mobility, bone density, cardiovascular health, energy, increased libido, increased overall demeanor, tactical skills and more. Your body is capable of so much more than which you give it credit.

Your fitness journey, just like your wellness and beauty journey, can look like anything you want it to. This IS your journey after-all.
I’m just here to show you the tools, and help map it out if you like.

 You will get nowhere without a clearly defined goal that you can see already achieved, and appropriated in real time, in your life. You have to believe what your body IS capable of. One of my trainers has had knee surgery, and still has a broken back. Another trainer – complete overhaul on his arm from a soccer accident. Your body CAN do more than you give it the opportunity for. Believe that.
Worried about having enough time? 
You have enough.
It's actually quite a lie you tell yourself that you don't.
(And that goes for any area of your life: fitness, money, relationships, all of it.)

WHAT WILL YOUR STORY BE?

The day I took my “before” photo pictured above, I was in my worst shape both physically, and emotionally. I knew one thing that day: it needed to change, NOW.
I was representing a health and wellness company, and I was not fit for that title. I wanted to have a success story that was in alignment with our products in Young Living, my values, and the direction of my team. That day, while feeling my worst… I imagined feeling my best.

Putting pen to paper, I began to write exactly what that felt, and looked like. On what I declared as my “DAY ONE” I wrote my one year victory story that I would share on Social Media.
And you know what?
One year later, I did.

THAT is the power of locking into a goal and bringing yourself into alignment with it every single day.

There is a plethora of sub-par products on the market loaded with stimulants, outrageous levels of caffeine (I have seen some that are 600+ mg per day) and laxatives (psyllium powder) and artificial flavoring (hits the central nervous system). I cannot stress enough the importance of reading your labels.

How did I tailor my supplements to aid in achieving the results? 
To my current CORE supplement routine, I have added the following for my own personal fitness journey and fitness goals:

Again, to my DAILY core routine, I added the following

2, to 4 additional ounces of NingXia Red (2oz at 10am / 2oz at noon / 2oz at 2pm)

Replace 1, or 2 meals x day with Balance Complete

FemiGen Capsules (taken as the bottle says)

PowerGize Capsules (I only take 1 in the am)

Cardio, strength, dance, walking...just GET MOVING.
There are no words that can describe the feeling of strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina.
It affects every area of your life! Hormones, mood, appetite, energy, libido, and more.
I promise…you have time. You know how I know? You're reading this. That's why.
And now that you have taken the time to read this and explore this gift, you can apply that time tomorrow toward a little movement! Start where you can, with what you have. Walking is free. There are so many heavy things in nature to lift. I started my journey with 30 minutes five days per week. When that became comfortable, I moved that to one hour. I continue to expand my routine the moment it becomes comfortable for me. Remember: change does not occur in the space of comfort. Comfort, is where things remain the same. If you are ready for change, push yourself just a little outside of your comfort zone and see what happens. These transitions  are EFFORTLESS for me now because I am SO locked into my goal.
PRO TIP: ALWAYS STAY CONNECTED TO WHAT YOU DESIRE TO SEE AS YOUR END RESULT.

consistency 

Here we are at the last – and perhaps most important – factor: consistency. Mindset, cellular support, and movement won’t get you very far without CONSISTENCY – a routine. No, I am not an expert. I am not a personal trainer. I'm just a mom, a wife, a small town girl that was sick and tired of feeling like less than I wanted to feel, having the tools, and just not knowing how to use them. So I did something about it.

My advice: put your tools in your daily path. I can't start my day without walking past my exercise equipment. My supplements are in my daily path. And my mindset was clear: "I am so happy and grateful now that I am in the best shape of my life from Young Living products and a solid routine that I can share with and inspire others to do the same."
