my wellness ecology
Often, when we contemplate the big topic of wellness, we’re not sure what steps to take, or who to turn to for advice. So I created an approach called My Wellness Ecology. It addresses the primary five areas influencing our ecology: nutrients, air, what comes in contact with our skin, stored emotions, and confidence. By answering a few important questions in whichever area interests you (or all five!), you’ll give me the information from which to make recommendations tailored just for you. You can review this information with your upline or with me, and by phone or by email.
