Did you know that one quarter to one third of all the protein in the human body is collagen protein? Collagen forms a scaffolding that provides strength and structure in the body. 

Collagen plays a vital role in the functioning of nearly all our organs and tissues and is a key bioactive component to renew cells in all areas of the body, including the hair, skin, nails, eyes, teeth, cartilage, bones, tendons, organs, blood vessels, intestines and more.

There are 29 different types of collagen that have been identified in the body. Type I collagen, the type found in Inner Beauty Collagen, comprises about 75% of our body’s collagen glycoproteins and is actually the principal type found throughout the body.

Marine collagen is Type I collagen and contains a unique combination of amino acids that stimulate cells in the skin, leading to collagen synthesis through cell activation and growth. Its small peptides and low molecular weight encourages higher level absorption through the intestinal barrier, leading to improved collagen synthesis in hair, nails, and the skin.

how to use
Mix 1 scoop of Inner Beauty Collagen with 4–8 ounces of water or your favorite hot or cold beverage daily.

Combine with 1⁄2 teaspoon of Golden Turmeric and 1 cup of water or juice in a shaker bottle for a synergistic effect.

Stir 1 scoop into a cup of your favorite hot tea such as Spiced Turmeric Herbal Tea.

Mix with 2 ounces of NingXia Red and 1⁄2 cup of juice or sparkling water for a tasty, collagen-boosting elixir.

Add 1 scoop to a can of NingXia Zyng® poured in a glass for a sparkling drink that supports skin health.

Blend 2–4 scoops into the batter of baked goods. (Don't use in recipes calling for cooking temperatures above 380° F.)
