Citronella essential oil has a fresh and sweet aroma that will leave you feeling invigorated. It is steam distilled from Cymbopogon nardus, one of the many flowering grasses in the Poaceae family. It is cultivated in Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, and Java.

HISTORICAL USES
This oil belongs to the same family of aromatic, tropical grasses as Lemongrass and Palmarosa. Originating in tropical Asia, historically the leaves of Citronella have been utilized by many diverse cultures for digestive wellness, and it was used to cleanse and deodorize surfaces.

HOW TO USE
when combined with Cedarwood, it makes an excellent spray to enjoy the outdoors
