It is with the heaviest heart that I deliver this news about a true Sweet Team icon. This journey has blessed me with some of the most amazing people I have ever known. Jess walked into my team from what seemed "out of nowhere" and her smile, her energy, her stories...contagious! Absolutely impossible to not feel amazing after being in her presence. This is why she has always been the first on my list to call when planning...anything. She has been the lead greeter for my events the past handful of years. There is just no one quite like Jess. I knew I always needed her front and center. If you have been to a gathering at Sweet Team Headquarters, or at convention, or at Iconic, or at a local vendor show, you absolutely met her. Her passion for Young Living, wellness, The Sweet Team and all of life in general is inspiring and admirable. To say I feel blessed to have had her a part of my life in this capacity would be an understatement.

Last week, I heard of the sudden, unexpected passing of our Sweet friend. There are absolutely no words to describe this loss. If you have a moment, and a prayer to spare, please keep her husband, children, and friends in your thoughts. They are most needed.

My first experience with this oil was when I thought it would be a good idea to give ZUMBA a try.  Remember that Latin Dance exercise craze from about 12 years ago?  I could maybe make it through 20 minutes when a friend suggested giving En-R-Gee a try.   Sweet Ones, I side salsa’d my way through a 45 minute workout like a pro!  This blend helps you to improve your stamina without the over-stimulation you would get from caffeine or an energy drink of stimulants that overload your body system.
