step 1 PREPARE YOUR SPACE

Fill a foot soak basin with warm water and a bit of bath gel. I prefer Sensation Bath Gel with Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, and Geranium. No epsom salt for this soak!

Have a towel for drying your legs, and a facial-sized wash cloth ready.

Get a diffuser going, play your favorite music, and pour yourself wine or a mocktail.

Slip your feet into the water and enjoy the moment. It's yours!

step 2 EXFOLIATE

Exfoliate your legs with a bit of Satin Mint Facial Scrub. Rinse legs with warm water from your basin.

step 3 SHAVE

Take a bit of Copaiba Vanilla Luxe Shaving Cream and apply to legs.

Shave.

Rinse legs with water from basin (see why we omit the salts?)

Pat dry with towel.

step 4 HYDRATE

Once you are finished, apply a thin layer of fractionated coconut oil with a few drops of Lavender essential oil, or apply Mirah Shave Oil (I do not use this oil to shave my legs; I use it as an after-shave treatment).

Bonus points if you have just freshly laundered your bed linens and hung them on the line to dry. If you know, you know!
