CINNAMON BARK
essential oil
5 ml

If warm and cozy was an oil, it would be Cinnamon Bark! This spicy and sweet oil eases our minds into full acceptance of our authentic selves and current reality. It rekindles energy and elevates us beyond fear, irritation, and insecurity (how perfect is that in these changing times?) It also creates an atmosphere nurturing strong, real relationships, allowing truth and change to flow. Embrace this with open arms, Sweet Ones.

Just in case the “bark” part of the name didn’t give it away, all cinnamon — not just our oil — comes from the bark of a tree! Cinnamon trees are in the genus Cinnamomum. Our Cinnamon Bark oil comes from a tropical evergreen native to Sri Lanka. Here’s where Cinnamon Bark essential oil differs from the cinnamon sticks in your cider or ground cinnamon in your French toast: Cinnamon Bark oil is distilled from the outer bark of the cinnamon tree while the cinnamon you buy in the spice section at the grocery store is made from the inner bark, which is harvested in rolls and then dried out.

HOW TO USE
Cinnamon Bark eases our mind into full acceptance of our authentic selves.

It rekindles energy and elevates us beyond fear, irritation, and insecurity.

It also creates an atmosphere for nurturing strong, real relationships.

Cinnamon invites us to be honest and vulnerable, allowing truth and change to flow. Diffuse, diffuse, diffuse!

Of course, it also tastes amazing to add a drop to your coffee beans and store in a jar to infuse so when you grind them fresh the aroma and taste is superb. You're welcome .

Add a drop to a tin of toothpicks (ahh yes, remember those?)

Did you know Cinnamon Bark is said to have the same frequency as wealth? Diffuse and focus on living your best life!

PINE
essential oil
5 ml

Imagine the fresh, crisp aroma of a pine tree forest…whenever and wherever you want! This woodsy oil is reminiscent of a refreshing morning hike or the scent of a live pine tree, cut just in time for the holidays. Now, imagine the strong, tall confidence of a pine tree. Tree oil, especially pine oils, are phenomenal to encourage feelings of confidence!

The Pinus Sylvestris tree, also known as Scotch pine, is a tall coniferous evergreen tree that grows to the height of 131 feet. You can spot this tree by the orange-red bark and stiff blue-green needles. Pine essential oil is steam distilled from the needles of the tree and has been researched by Hippocrates, the father of western medicine. The aroma provides a refreshing breathing experience and encourages a moment of joy. Pine shares many of the same properties as Eucalyptus Globulus; the action of both oils is enhanced when blended together!

It is suggested to dilute this oil with a carrier, like V-6, before applying topically.

CLOVE
essential oil
15 ml

Warm and woodsy; slightly bitter and spicy. The aroma of Clove feels like being cuddled up next to the fireplace, surrounded by those you love the most. A feeling of safety and comfort. In this divine space, you feel yourself reconnecting to personal strength and integrity. Clove reignites the soul’s true desire as you shift into a proactive mindset. Now is the perfect time to reset your intention and get to work on your goals.

It is suggested to dilute this oil with a carrier, like V-6, before applying topically.

HOW TO USE
Simply diffuse: Clove supports us in releasing a victim mentality and shifting into a new season of victory. It also helps release patterns of self-betrayal and codependency by reconnecting to personal strength and integrity.

Dry fall and winter air can leave us with a cough: diffuse a few drops of Clove and Cinnamon with 10 drops of Orange.

Also great for fatigued and overworked muscles, clove is a fantastic analgesic oil. Simply apply a few drops diluted to the area of concern and cover with warm wet compress

COPAIBA
essential oil
5 ml

Copaiba essential oil is steam distilled from the resin of the Brazilian Copaifera Reticulata tree. These trees are native to the Amazon River Basin, and they can reach 25−40 feet. Their lifespan is up to 400 years! Copaiba resin has been used for various purposes throughout the Amazon region since AT LEAST the 16th century! It contains a high percentage of the naturally occurring constituent beta-caryophyllene, making it a great choice to add to skin care products or to use for massages. Traditional healers in Peru blend 3 drops of the Copaiba resin into a spoonful of honey to help relieve a tickly or scratchy throat.

Copaiba is the perfect daily indulgence to feel transported to a lush South American landscape. Read on to learn my favorite ways to use this oil.

HOW TO USE
Add it to your facial serum, moisturizer, shampoo, and conditioner to promote clear, healthy-looking skin.
For dry skin mix 1 drop each of Copaiba, German Chamomile, and Jasmine with your favorite unscented lotion for a luxurious scent.
Copaiba oil has a uniquely sweet aromatic profile, which won’t overpower soft florals or subtle hints of citrus. Use it in customized perfumes in place of other woodsy oils.

Apply topically over your shoulders for emotional support

Apply topically over sinuses when you have unwanted pressure

DID YOU KNOW…that Copaiba is an enhancer? When layered over other essential oils, it helps to enhance the performance of that particular oil.
