“Do your work. And not just your work, but a little more.” The secret to growth is in going ONE MORE, and embracing change. Change is always taking place around you; there is no possible way that you can escape it. In fact, we live in SUCH a rapidly changing world that if you don’t adapt to the changes taking place around you, there will come a time where you will find yourself beautifully equipped to handle a world that no longer exists.

Change is inevitable. It is required for growth. Growth is required to gain awareness. With every new level of awareness, you increase your frequency. Your goal has a frequency and it is much higher than the frequency you are at now. To achieve the goal, you must increase your frequency. How do you do that?

Read the above paragraph over again. Today, go one more. Identify where you feel stuck and why. Ask questions. Be curious. Grow. Enjoy today’s lesson.
